Tax

All prices quoted include GST and are provided in Australian Dollars.

Shipping

Products are normally shipped approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been received. Postage and Handling is additional and is calculated at the end of the order process based on weight. Where necessary a handling fee may have been added to the cost of your order. Please allow 2-5 days for regular post for Australian orders and 7-10 days for international orders.

Insurance

Insurance is optional. The cost of insurance is calculated at the end of the order process and is based on weight and delivery destination.

Sales and Returns

Sales are final unless products are proven defective. Any return must be authorized. Authorizing and shipping instructions must be obtained from cellartags™. Returned product from within Australia or Internationally should be insured for your protection. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees on returned goods.

Order Processing

Credit Card orders are processed by Winning Media Pty Ltd, the transaction information on your credit card statement will read 'Winning Media Pty Ltd'.

Warranty:

Thirty (30) days money back guarantee (we can accept return within thirty days from the date of sale only if the product has not been opened). After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return. We will replace the defective product providing there is no evidence of customer misuse.
